Nosing: Malt Malt Barley Herbs Grass Hay Floral Lemon Peel extremely funky and different from any nose

Taste: Earthy, mushroom like Hay Malt Oil Oil Nuts Nuts Herbs Floral Salt

Finish: Oil Nuts Herbs

Comment: This is so fantasic. The use of brewers yeast here is apparent immediately on the nose and I love it! No way this is just 10 years old, definitely some older stuff in here...without a doubt the best 10 year old i've ever had, including all the Islay's.

Long linger with bitterness,
Comment:
It's the one that let me down because the reputation was quite high on website. The reality is that the taste is typical speyside one like proper maltiness, caramel and citrus note. Quite normal. When I dilute it with some water, the fruitiness becomes to stand out.

Finish: medium-long Oak Cinnamon Banana Sweet

Comment: Great aroma!
