Nosing: Ananas Honig Früchte

Taste: Eiche Birne Süße

Finish: Gewürze Eiche

Comment: The palate is bitter and the finish is short, more suitable for mixing I guess.

Nosing: Kirsche Apfel Birne Malz Honig
Pleasant, swett with notes of cherry, fruits like apple and pear on the nose. Sweetness brings some linden honey to mind. Some hints of a black tea mixed with light maltiness appears from time to time.
Aeration brought stronger honey and cherry to the front.

Taste: Honig Vanille Gewürze
Initial honey like sweetness turns into strong bitterness of wooden cascs that stays pretty long on the tongue. First sip was really alcoholic and full of metallic taste.
After couple of minutes of resting in a glass brown suggar appeared.

Finish: Schokolade Vanille Karamell Gewürze Alkohol
After two first sips finish had some dark chocolate notes. Unfortunately there was a little burning in a throat.

Comment:
Whisky is oily, sweet and bitter. It has some burning. It's perfect if it comes to irish coffee and quite good as neat whisky. People that do not like bitter tastes should rather skip that whisky.
