Highland Park Valknut
Highland Park Valknut is the second bottling of the series 'Vikings Legends', which was created in collaboration with the Danish designer Jim Lyngvild. The Valknut symbol from Nordic mythology is mostly used in the context of war and death. The Valknut Single Malt matured in Sherry casks made out of American oak for the biggest part. Tartan barley from Orkney was used for the mash, which makes it significantly smokier than the predecessor Valkyrie.
