Bowmore 42 Years - 1964 Black Edition
The Black Bowmore from the year 1964 is one of the first bottles from the new series. There are now three bottlings on the market. Black, White (2008) and Gold (2009).
Nose: Very aromatic, oak, toffee, exotic fruit, light tone of cinnamon, a very faint hint of smoke
Taste: Mouthwatering, quite strong for the ABV, dark chocolate, ginger, some bitterness, a little spiciness, no sharp tones at all, very smooth, some smoke in the back
Finish: Long and warming
