Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru – Murcian Lemon
This Bombay Sapphire Gin has the additional name 'Premier Cru' a term from the viticulture, which is used for the 'first growth'. In the bottling Murcian Lemon, it is mainly the Fino lemons from Murcia South Spain, Navel oranges and tangerines which are standing out. The citrus fruits are peeled by hand and are dried under the Mediterranean sun before they are further processed for the Gin. Additionally, the classic botanicals juniper, coriander, angelica and iris root as well as Guinea grains, pepper and almond are used. A traditional Gin recipe that dates back to the year 1761.
