This Elsburn Marsala Cask (prior Glen Els) from the Hammerschmiede distillery in Germany matured in Dolce and Abbocato Marsala casksfrom Sicily. Dolce Marsala is the sweetest one of the Marsala Wine family, while the Abbocato has a half-dry character. With the maturation in those casks, the Single Malt has diverse aromas.
