Wild Whisky 8 Years Whisky Blackforest Sherry Cask
Self-cultivated summer barley, which then was dried over a peat fire, was used for the Blackforest Sherry cask. The Single Malt is distilled twice from purified mash and was then filled into three different casks, where it matured for eight years. Especially the Pedro Ximenéz is standing out. It was imported directly from Jerez de la Frontera and was filled with the Blackforest Wild Whisky only days after it was emptied. With this, an intense and sweet aroma was created.
