Oxley Cold Distilled London Dry Gin
The name says it: The English Oxley Cold Distilled is distilled by the temperatures below freezing point. Therefore a vacuum builds in the pot stills and the liquid begins to 'cook' under the pressure and rises to the condenser. In the - 127°C cold condenser it liquefies again. The cold temperatures in the still are making it possible to use fresh botanicals instead of the usual dried ones. Therefore a much more intense aroma is created. The Gin then can also be directly bottled without a resting period.
