Town Branch Single Barrel

This Town Branch Bourbon comes from a single oak cask. The Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made out of 72% corn and in a smaller part 13% rye and 15% malted barley. The Whiskey is named after the Town Branch river in Kentucky, which is also the water source for the Bourbon. This water is important for production because the distillery is located in the Bluegrass region which has high limestone percentage in the ground. This filters the iron from the water and adds calcium.
