Slyrs used special malting barley from North Bavaria, as well as spring water from the near Bannwaldquelle ('quelle' means spring) for this 12 year old Single Malt. Matured in American white oak casks in which Slys Whisky matured before, this Single Malt is a thoroughly Bavarian dram.
