Comment: This is one of my favorites. Great, complex 18 year old. Reminds me of Oban, think I found a new favorite distillery! The nose on this is a strong vanilla/toffee chai tea, kind of creamy. Then on the tastebuds, it evolves and go through stages, first as a vanilla/sweet fruit note, then into a spicy fruity/oaky/nutty. The one year finish in oloroso does wonders and gives the scotch it's own character. Wonderful dram.
