Nosing:
High notes of smoke effortlessly elegant, soft nose, syrupy sweet baked apples and in time, fresh sea air aromas
Taste:
Light bodied palate is surprisingly full of flavor after this subtlety; hot, sweet and strong smoky, with a cleansing acidity
Finish:
Addition of water soothes and cools. The long finish is sweet or salty, with very late wood-smoke.
