Comment: Very pleasant on the nose, fruity sweetness notes with sherry. A bit too bitter on the palate, with dark chocolate and fruitiness. Long finishing, worh noticing there is a hint of leather. Overall an enjoyable dram, but I prefer the 12 years old sherry cask (Red box).

Nosing: when nosing, instantly you notice the smell of Macallan. Which I have always smelled as pickled pear.
Taste:
Finish: Medium - short finish
Comment: Lovely dram in my opinion. Subtle, elegant, yet with character. Classic smell and taste of the Maccallan characteristic.
