Ninkasi Chardonnay
Ninkasi Whisky is made in the eponymous French Craft Beer brewery and distillery near Lyon. Ninkasi is the Sumerian name for the goddess of Beer. The small distillery produces WHisky with Pils malt, which matures in different Wine casks. This bottling first matured in French oak casks and then in French white oak casks which stored Chardonnay and Viognier before. This is the first standard bottling of the distillery.
