Nosing: Sherry Getrocknete Früchte Maritime Noten Walnuss Karamell Rauch

Taste: Sherry Eiche Nüsse Gewürze Öl Dunkle Schokolade

Finish: Süße long & dry

Comment: Mouthwatering, warming & moreish. The mix of ABV, tannin and spice leaves the mouth wanting more. This silky smooth drop begins sweet with a light caramel tone that holds throughout and transforms into flavours reminiscent of a rich dark fruit cake with preserved citrus peels. Nuts, sherry and a minor dark chocolate note all accompany this with a decedent creaminess. A touch of peat smoke goes very well in the long dry and sweet finish. An Islay whisky for all!
