Nosing: with showing up after time in the glass

Comment: Although this whisky exhibits a complex array of flavors and scents, the transition from one to another is abrupt. It is also difficult to balance this high-proof whisky with water. The threshold between tempering the ABV and becoming watered-down is easily crossed, with a significantly less-impressive whisky being result.
