Canadian Rye Whisky. Quite untypical for Canadian whisky, this spicy Rye was made in Pot Stills. The result is a strong, spicy rye flavor. The pot stills strengthen the aromas.

Taste: Vibrant
Finish: Long, dry, spicy and intense oak!
Comment: I have tried this whisky 3 times before buying a bottle. The first few times I tried it, it was bold, but it seems much more intense as of late. Exceptional whisky! Bourbon oak quality with Canadian Rye spices, a truly wonderful dram!
Plumbs, menthol and dill. Spicy accent's from the cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
Taste:
Rye bread with brown sugar and pepper. Light salty and sour.
Finish:
Long with roasted oak, rye and cinnamon. In the Background savory, cloves and Paprika.
