This Auchroisk is part of a series of Whiskies, that are bottled with 43% alcohol strength and non-coloured. They have an especially mild taste and are great for beginners. Two Hogsheads were married together for this bottling.

The independent bottler Ian MacLeod has bottled this cask in his Chieftains Selection. Before the bottling the whisky got a cask finish in Spanish Sherry casks.

Nose: Fruit salad with honey. Red grapes, dark berries, raisins and caramel.
Taste: Extremely full and complex. Fruity sweetness with a whiff of herbs and mild smoke.
Finish: Medium long with fruitiness and sweetness.
