Hi,
Any suggestion for a whisky for this Christmas with some typical flavours like marzipan, ginger, cinnamon, etc.
Thanks.
@DaFin
a decadent Dalmore?
@DaFin what is your price point?
@DaFin I'm personally thinking of the Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban for Christmas. Lots of deep flavor and aroma, as well as a reasonable price point. Also something peated is nice any time it's chilly out.
@DaFin
If you use the flavour search engine on the Whisky Database you may find some interesting things. For example the Arran 14 seem to fit into your requirements.

Hi,
My price range is no more than 50 EUR.
I tried to search in the database but is quite hard to use with smartphone. Small items and fingers like bratwurst.
Thanks, mates for your suggestions.
I only know what they cost in Chicago, but these should meet your price point and are all lovely whiskies, no Peat in these three
clynelish 14
macallan 12
glenfarclas 12
cheaper by about ten-15 euro but still good would be Arran 10, Glenfarclas 10 and most definitely Old Pulteney 12 I would wholeheartedly recommend at about 40 euro
