I have found discrepancies in the characteristics of the Wishart clusters as stated in various sources.Some attributes as listed on pages 40/41 of -----.com differ in places like pages 56 - 58 of '-----.com'.Significantly, other sources online and in malt-by-malt guides seem to have adopted the latter's (mistaken/inaccurate?) cluster characteristics… e.g. Wishart has F as sweet, no peat; Erskine (and followers) has/have F as Medium sweet, low peat.Does anyone know of a definitive table of these, please?TIA!
