Diurachs is the Gaelic name for the inhabitants of the Isle of Jura.
Nosing:
Sea breeze with honey and a hint of ginger.
Taste:
Layered with fruit and sweetness. One can find Demerara sugar, dark chocolate, oranges, toffee, some lemon, salt and earth.
Finish:
Pleasantly sweet and complex.
