New single malts from Rest & Be Thankful released
Thepresents peated whiskies from InchDairnie and Bruichladdich this time
The independent bottlings of the Rest & Be Thankful have been available since 2012. Eamonn Jones and Aidan Smith, who are behind the label with their company Fox Fitzgerald, have been building up their experience in the scene for more than 30 years and have established many valuable relationships.

The other Rest & Be Thankful Whisky comes from the new Lowland distillery InchDairnie, which, like Bruichladdich, has a two-pronged approach to its whisky (they also produce rye whisky) and have both unpeated and peated in their portfolio. The latter is marketed under the name Finglassie and is now available as a six year old Rest & Be Thankful.
