Diese Serien von Signatory Vintage enthält Whiskys die nicht kühlgefiltert wurden. Damit sie sich nicht eintrüben, wurden sie mit 46% abgefüllt. Die Single Malts fallen dadurch besonders intensiv im Geschmack aus. Alle Flaschen tragen genaue Informationen über die Brenn- und Abfülldaten sowie die Fässer.

This bottling of the Auchentoshan was a vat from two Ex-Bourbon casks. The taste is quite similar to the Original with 12 years old but it is much more intensive.

The independent bottler usually do Single cask bottlings, where they bottle each cask in one bottling. This time Signatory blended two casks from the Auchentoshan distillery together and out came a very intense whisky.
