Kinglake
The Kinglake Distillery was founded in 2018 by Chantal Daniels and Sam Lowe in the Victoria region of Australia. The distillery benefits from the extreme temperature fluctuations during cask maturation that are typical of Australian Whiskies, as well as the high humidity in Kinglake. Another hallmark of the distillery is the use of local spring water from Chyser Creek, which rises directly on the site and produces a distinctive Australian spirit.
