It is a white dog from the Buffalo Trace distillery. It was not matured in any casks and directly bottled after the distilling. If you want to sell a whiskey or a bourbon in America you have to mature it at least two years. If you don't want to label any age on the bottle the whiskey has to be matured for 4 years. White dog is usually a lot sharper and a bit fruitier than the normal whiskey we know.
