Whistlepig 10 Years Small Batch Rye
With the WhistlePig 10 years, the history of the master distiller Dave Pickerell and his vision to reinvent Rye Whiskey began. Without any family tradition and with great freedom for experiments, the team of Whistle Pig established itself in the Premium Rye Whiskey branch, since its founding in the year 2007. For the 10 year old Rye, the distillery used a saved stock of old Rye Whiskey casks from a warehouse in Canada. Those further matured on new American white oak casks and lastly were finished in Bourbon casks.
