Nosing: Sherry Caramel Vanilla Nuts Peach Fruit Berries
Initially lots of sweet sherry and vanilla caramel. Reminds me of Werthers Originals. There's also fruitiness, peach, nectarine and mixed red berries. Pecan nuttiness. Very approachable.

Taste: Sherry Caramel Fruit Nuts
Intense and sweet butterscotch arival, transitions into fruitiness with orange and apricot flavours. A general nutty note which just edges towards bitterness, but never quite gets there. Mouth coating.

Finish: Oak Dried Fruit Vanilla
Medium length and creamy with vanilla, dried fruits mellow oakiness.

Comment:
Super impressed with this one, I picked it out because I'm a fan of the A'bunadh which is also a cask strength sherried malt. This however is a very different beast, vastly different flavour profile but brilliant. You could have this for desert and not know the difference. Will take a decent amount of water without losing its potency.
