Stauning Bastard
This is the third bottling of Stauning Bastard from the Research series of the Danish distillery. The Rye Whisky is made with a mash from malted rye and barley malt. After the maturation in strongly charred, fresh white oak casks, it was finished in Oro de Oaxaca Mezcal casks. The casks, which contained Agave Schnaps before, are giving the Whisky a unique aroma. The label is designed by the tattoo artist Thit Hansgaard.
