All tasting notes
Nose: a new tire, citric, smoke, butterscotch, pear, stewed apples, forest fruits, banana. 19/25
Palate: good. Peat, coal, calcium (I like it - as a school kid I used to eat the white chalk ;-D ), sweet caramel, marzipan. Quite strong alcoholic disturbes a little bit - probably a young distillate. 20/25
Finish: rather short, smokey, sweet and bitter. 17/25
Balance: medium-balanced, young spirit. 18/25
Very interesting one. If you like smokey, peaty Whiskies, or if you are an Islay Fan, the Smokehead will be good for you. Good to have it in my collection! Thank you, Ätie!
Overall, maltmark 74/100
Farbe: Heu und Gold
Nase: neue Autoreifen, Zitrus, Butterscotch, Birne, gebackene Äpfel, Waldfrüchte, Bananen. 19/25
