The Slyrs Bairish Coffee Liqueur was created in collaboration between the distillery Slyrs and the Bavarian coffee roasting house Dinzler. The 3- 6 year old Single Malt was complemented with mild, fruity-fresh Cold Brew coffee from the Ethiopian bean Sidamo. Extracts of caramel and vanilla pod give the Liqueur its sweetness.
