Säntis Malt 7 Years Genesis No. 3
Säntis Genesis No. 3 first matured, like at Säntis usual, in beer casks as well as in unusual Russian oak casks. Afterwards, the Malt was finished in Phoenix Wine casks from the Austrian winery Reumann. Phoenix is a Cuvée (a mixture) from German and international grape varieties and matured in French oak casks, which were then used for the finish by Sänis Malts.
