Mackmyra Stjärnrök
For the 2021 fall release, Mackmyra created Stärnrök. For this bottling, a huge amount of peated barley after the owned recipe was used and then filled into unsaturated Ex-Bourbon casks and in new American oak casks with different sizes. To contemplate the smoke and the well-rounded notes of Oloroso, a range of older Ex-Bourbon casks and Swedish oak casks, saturated with Swedish cloudberry Wine, were added.
