Taste:

Finish: Moderate
Comment: Sweet, spicy & citric. An outstanding Speyside with tell tale Macallan undertones, complexity and smoothness. Like digging deep into a trifle with layers of vanilla sponge cake soaked in spiced orange preserve seperated by thin layers of sherry and butterscotch all topped with with an icing of crushed nuts and marzipan. A very easy drinking dram!
Mild sherry dominates, dried fruits, oranges, vanilla and caramell. Well balanced
Taste:
Peppar at first followed by honey and citrus
Finish: Peppar and sweetness, just a hint of dryness in the texture. No bitterness
Comment: lovely complex nose but a bit simole in the taste. The sherry matured 12 year old are better.
