Our Limited Edition label is reserved for very special releases. This elegant whisky was matured in small French oak casks which previously held apera fortified wine (Australian-style sherry). It is a celebration of the first casks ever filled at Launceston Distillery.

Taste
It displays a soft mouthfeel and subtle dry Fino style flavours of fruit and gentle spice.
Nose
An engaging fragrant aroma, with Apera influenced notes of dried fruit, spice and a hint of oak.
