Nosing: straight away smoke with hints of phenols after resting a bit the smoke is reduced and a bit of sea weed is present
Taste: smoke, peat, saltiness gives way to a sweetness

Comment: First Scotch Whiskey I ever tried after watching a few reviews. Almost spit it out my first sip. By my 3rd sip, I was really enjoying it and learned to enjoy the peaty and smokey flavor. Wife not so much. Quarter Cask also in the cupboard.
