Taste: Medicinal, Salt, Sea Water
Finish: Medicinal taste that lingers
Comment: A little too medicinal for my personal taste. Even after going to bed and brushing my teeth I could still taste it the next day. I didn't get any Sherry notes at all. Maybe a little more time in a barrel would help tone the overpowering medicinal notes.
