Kilchoman Genesis Malting
Kilchoman Genesis Malting is the second bottling of the Genesis Series, which shows the founding history of the Kilchoman Whisky and the 1,130 days of the journey from the harvest of the barley to the bottling in the bottle. The second edition Malting Stage 2 represents the malting of the barley, which Kilchoman does itself as one of few distilleries. The Single Malt matures in a combination of Bourbon (75%), Sauternes (20%) and Sherry casks (5%).
