Off the bat, there's a weird fake vanilla thing going on. Apple and white grape, general sweetness. Some light smokiness. Not as good as I remember from the past. The smokiness is more identifiably peaty.
Taste:

Sweet, reasonably intense arrival. Spiciness and smokiness builds over time. Some light tongue tongue burning towards the end.
Finish:
A continuation of the palate flavours, but short.
Comment:
I don't know what it is that has changed about the green label in the last couple of years, but it definitely isn't as good as I remember it. It still carries the 15 year age statement, but it feels like there's a lot more fresh bourbon cask influence than there used to be. It has that buttery fake vanilla character now that you get in very young NAS whisky, which I could do without. Don't get me wrong, the blending brings enough smokiness and other character that it isn't awful, I just remember it being a lot better than this. Shame.
80/100
