Nosing: Süße Banane Grüner Apfel Birne Zimt

Taste: Süße Grüner Apfel Birne Zimt

Finish: short

Comment: Jim Beam is currently sold at 37.5% ABV (75 proof) in Australia, so technically it is not a bourbon as it is under 80 proof. It tastes like a heavily watered down bourbon resembling sugar water with a very faint diluted green apple and baking spice flavour profile. As a mixer it gives a very faint taste so might be good for that purpose, but it is barely reminiscent as a bourbon where I am. Might be a little bit better at 40% ABV as it is intended - 60/100
