Isle of Harris Gin
A special trait of the Isle of Harris Gin is the usage of sugar kelp, an eatable seaweed type, which tastes sugary after it is dried. Additionally, the Scottish Islands Gin contains Macedonian juniper, English coriander seeds, different types of pepper, orange peel, angelica roots, cassia bark, iris and liquorice roots. The Isle of Harris is part of the Outer Hebrides, an island group of Scotland. The eponymous distillery was built in 2015 to strengthen the local economy and is also producing Whisky.
