Highland Park 15 Years Viking Heart
The 15 year old from the Orkney distillery Highland Park is called 'Viking Heart'. Gordon Motion, the master Whisky maker of the traditional distillery selected Singled Malts from three different cask types: first-fill Sherry casks from European and American oak for dry-aromatic as well as sweet aromas. The third type is refilled casks, which influences the character of the Malt with fruits and heather peat. Filled in a beautiful ceramic bottle.
