A peculiar, yet rewarding representation of Highland Park.
Initially quite strong Ethyl-Acetate and Bourbon notes, graphite and peanut. Water brings out more reminiscence to brandy, with chocolate, toffee and fragrant oak.
Rather young on the palate, slightly pungent heat and noticeable acidity, structured by tannin.
Very light smoke on the finish, but peculiar and attractive passion fruit note developing.
