Hendrick's Gin
Hendrick's Gin is produced in small batches since 1999. Two different pot stills are distilling the spirit. In the Bennet Still the spirit is infused with botanicals, while in the Carter Head Still the aromas are given by an aroma basket. The main component of this smooth Gin are cucumbers and Bulgarian rose petals. Additionally, master distiller Lesley Gracie adds classic fruits and spices like junipers, angelic roots, coriander and cumin seed, oranges and lemon peels, yarrow, camomile and elder blossoms as well as cubeb pepper.
