Hayman's London Dry Gin

The Hayman's Gin distillery in London was founded by Christopher Hayman, which great grandfather James Burrough is considered the founder of London Dry Gin. Even today, the family-run distillery is owned by the Hayman clan. The three pot stills are named after important persons for the founder Christopher: Marjorie (his mother), Karin (his wife) and Miranda (his daughter). The handed-down family recipe for the Hayman's Gin includes the ten botanicals juniper berries, coriander, lemon and orange peel, angelica, cinnamon, cinnamon cassia, liquorice, nutmeg and violet root.
