Nosing: 闻香
香草，冰糖，杏仁，酒精，葡萄干，干果，雪莉桶
Taste: 入口
甜，酒精，雪莉桶，焦糖，丁香，辣椒，香料
Finish: 余味
medium - long，
余味中长，余味有甜味和葡萄干，
Comment: 结论
我猜是，
雪莉桶；
复杂度和味道感觉不够桶强，但是nosing和palate都有非常强的酒精 我觉得可能是将近50度的非桶强；
产地 依然像 speyside，我已开始有点怀疑是格兰多纳或者花格，但是非常强的酒精和入口的辣又好像不是， IB？ unpeated的艾雷岛
