The scent of citrus and ripening peaches is softened by the aroma of vanilla.
Taste:
First, vanilla is detected on the tongue before it ripples along the palate bringing a burst of flowery fruitiness.
Finish:
About a minute after tasting, you are left with a clean and salving aftertaste with hints of orange and peach.

Fruity and delicate. Citrus, apple, banana aromas. There's a floral component that I can't properly identify
Taste:

Fresh and approachable, the fruit is a lot less well defined than the nose. Vanilla and malty sweetness.
Finish:

Long and fruity, some white pepper, develops into vanilla oakiness.
Comment:
I'd never tried this malt before and I spotted it in a half bottle format at the local store so I thought I'd give it a try. Definitely an approachable malt, I think the nose is where it shines, but I can't really fault the rest of it. I normally prefer a slightly more intense flavour so I'd be interested to see how it would be at higher ABV, but other than that it was certainly worth trying.

Taste: Disappointing. Very delicate, floral, slightly sweat but most of all feels taste of alcohol itself which makes it instantly bitter.
Finish: short and bitter.
Comment: For those who like something very delicate, maybe for coniac's fans.
It is not for those who like intense taste of whisky, who are looking for complex one, who don't like when alcohol is on the first place on a palate.
For me one of the worst I've ever had, reminding coniac more than whisky.
