I forgot to post my original tasting notes when I wrote them so I'm going off when I had this a couple of months ago.
Nosing:
Fruity apple and pineapple, mixed fruit peel. Vanilla and peppery spice, light sherry aroma.
Taste:
Very rich and creamy. Apple fruit and a touch of menthol. Slightly smoky oak.
Finish:
Long and oaky, dry.
Comment:
I wish I'd written my full notes down when they were fresh in my head, but it was memorable enough to wonder where this bottle had disappeared to when I was looking at my collection list. Really enjoyed it. I remember the nose in particular was beautiful and the whole thing was very well put together.
