Nosing: Fruit soft fruit notes, Peach apricot, Grape Malt Dried Fruit just a hint of dried fruit Nuts

Taste: Dried Fruit Raisin Grape (winey to start) but transitions to Sweet Honey Mint Floral Malt

Finish: Grape Sherry Sweet very dry.

Comment: I really enjoy this one. This is very different than any other sherry seasoned casks, Amontillado is not something you see every day. I feel like it complements Glenkinchie very, very well. For as much grief the lowland malts get online, this one is def worth a try.
