Nosing:
Very complex, dark fruits, dark ripe cherries, a bit of leather, coffee, dates
Taste:
Very aggressive oakiness complimented by dark fruits, raisins and some dark chocolate. But still very smooth and round
Finish:
Long and complex
Nosing:
Manuka honey and beeswax, apple blossom and rubbed petals and grist, a touch of oak and subtle smoke.
Taste:
Rich. Floral, blossom, honey, perfumed. Malty, cereal sweetness, cocoa.

Long, smoky, peat, nutty, oily
