This tin celebrates Clan Campbell of Breadalbane, historically one of the largest clans who came to dominate the western Highlands between the 13th and 16th centuries. The Campbell's were firm supporters of King Robert the Bruce and were greatly rewarded with titles and land following the victory at the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314.
